Below is our 3 step process of taking concepts and creating products
When it comes to the design, the client can either bring in a blueprint of what they want or the actual product.
We then do a computerised rendering of the product and the client will give the go ahead to begin with the mould.
We then create a mould of the product using steel to allow the client to get a better understanding of the look and feel of the product, the shape and size in essence.
Once the mould has been created and the client is happy with it, we then move on to the final product.
We then move on the final stages where the mould is used to create the finished product. We begin with the injection process and create the desired product for the client, using the requirements set forth by the client.
The next step is manufacturing the amount agreed upon.
